How to use cabinet humidity control pack

 

Step 1: Measure the dimensions inside the cabinet to confirm the applicable volume.

Step 2: Clean the dust, moisture and other garbage in the cabinet, and wipe the adhesive covering area with a dry cloth to confirm whether there are gaps or holes.

Step 3: Check whether there are any gaps at the opening and closing of cabinet doors and penetrations of cables and pipes. If there are no gaps or cable trenches in the lower part of the equipment, seal them with self-leveling sealants as appropriate.

Step 4: To store the cabinet humidity control pack, you can use self-adhesive hooks to hang it or attach double-sided tape (must be compatible with the cabinet material and operating temperature) in the center and place it on the side of the device.

Precautions for using cabinet humidity control pack

 

1. Dosage reference: 5-6 tablets/m³, please increase as appropriate on humid days.

2. Can be hung or attached to the wall of the electrical cabinet.

3. Please do not come into direct contact with water, and do not use it in a leaky environment.

4. It is recommended to use this product in a sealed space.

5. In rainy season and other continuous extreme high-temperature working environments (continuous use for more than 196 hours with RH>80%), it is recommended to take it out and expose it to the afternoon sun or put it in an oven (80°C, 3h), which can quickly restore the excellent moisture absorption performance.
